Generally orders are final and non-returnable, but if something is lost or damaged in shipping, please send an email as soon as possible and we'll make it right.

Shipping USA

Orders are shipped from Los Angeles on Tuesdays and Fridays via USPS and generally take 2 to 6 business days.

Shipping International

Orders are shipped from Los Angeles on Tuesdays and Fridays. International orders may be subject to customs fees or duties of your country. International orders generally take 10 to 18 business days but may be delayed by the customs of your country. Unfortunately, hexeosis does not cover these fees so please contact us if you have concerns regarding your order.

This site is hosted by squarespace.com. hexeosis.com never receives your credit card or other billing info, only whether or not the payment is approved.
